Delivery Service Provider

We are using POSLAJU Malaysia as our main delivery partner. However, we will try our best to accommodate customer request to change to another service prodivider (due to specific circumstances i.e. area not covered by POSLAJU etc.). Take note to inform us on this special requets in notes’ box during check out process.

Processing Order & Delivery Duration

Orders received will be processed within 5 working days, depending on volume of orders received. Please be advised that orders placed during sales or peak season may take longer processing time. Urgent orders are strongly discouraged.

Deliveries to Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur & Selangor normally take 2-3 business days; Peninsular Malaysia within 4-5 days; East Malaysia may take 1-2 weeks. Take note this variation is subject to the delivery service employed.

International Delivery

We can arrange for delivery outside Malaysia. Kindly contact us for more information regarding overseas delivery.

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee depends on parcel’s weight. Insurance fee also included as part of the fee.  The fee is automatic calculated during checkout process.
